The
Certification Plan of the Firm is the training strategy through
which Firm personnel and partners take care of the education, updating
and growth and development needs.
This
certification plan has three features:
The
training goals and hours established by the Firm for each collaborator
exceed the requirement established by the profession; for example,
the profession demands 65 hours of training, while in our Training@Distance
system provides our collaborators approximately 110 hours of training,
which exceeds the guidelines set. This training plan is given through
our system in our E-Training Internet.
A
major achievement of the Firm has been the curriculum value credits
of the seminars offered by the system, since they have official
validity before Colegio de Contadores Públicos de México, S. C.
(Mexican College of Accountants) (CCPM, as per initials in Spanish),
and it gives them credits for the Continuous Professional Education
(EPC, as per initials in Spanish) program demanded by the profession.
When
conclude each course and depending on the fulfillment by each employee,
the Firm are compromised to offer a certificate that vouch for its
training
